How to sign in

I have a work email

  1. 1Choose the Staff (Email) tab.
  2. 2Type the email address your supervisor gave you.
  3. 3Type your password.
  4. 4First time? Open the invitation email on this phone and tap the link to set your password.

I am a site worker

  1. 1Choose the Worker (Code + PIN) tab.
  2. 2Type your employee code, for example EC501.
  3. 3Type the 6-digit PIN your supervisor gave you.
  4. 4You go straight to My Space, where you check in and see your tasks.

Put the app on your phone

Android phone (Chrome)

  1. 1Open sungroup.app in Chrome.
  2. 2Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
  3. 3Tap Add to Home screen, then Add.

iPhone (Safari)

  1. 1Open sungroup.app in Safari.
  2. 2Tap the Share button at the bottom.
  3. 3Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Turn on phone alerts

Open the app, tap the bell at the top, then tap Phone alerts. Approvals, tasks and emergency alerts now reach your lock screen.

If something goes wrong

Forgot password

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the email you receive.

Forgot PIN

Tap Forgot PIN?, type the reason and send it. Your supervisor gets a notification and sets a new PIN.

My name is not in the app

Ask your supervisor to send you an invitation or set your PIN. Nothing works until your name is in the Employees list.
